Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. If we must backorder an item we will contact you and inform you of when the item should be available.




We offer the following shipping methods:



Standard UPS Ground 10% of product total.

UPS Second Day 20% of product total.

Orders of $100.00 or more are shipped free.



Orders are processed 24 - 48 hrs. after receipt.

You should allow between 5 - 10 business days for receipt of your order if you use Standard UPS. During the holiday season you may need to extend this to 14 business days. Please be aware that we must have a physical address. No post office boxes please. The exception of course is for catalogs or informational literature.

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.



We take the maximum precautions in packing and handling your products to ensure no damage occurs with shipping. However, you should inspect your packages on receipt and make sure the outer packaging doesn't appear damaged. If so and the product was damaged let us know immediately as we may be able to secure compensation from the carrier.



We may be able to ship your gifts to your receiver if they are within the continental US. Product total must equal or greater $50.00 for direct shipping to third party.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. If a product is available we guarantee it. If the product is damaged or otherwise defected we will replace it or if it is not available for replacement we will give a refund. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. We do not provide refunds after 60 days so please make sure your product is in good condition or working upon receipt.

If you decide to return an item which has no damage and is in good working condition you must pay shipping with insurance or we will not accept the item and will not refund your money, or give store credit if the item is damaged in the return shipment.

If your item arrived without any shipping damage, but is otherwise defective contact us and we will make it right.
